Report suspected fraud

You can raise your concerns regarding suspected fraud and corruption within or against the Council by completing this form.

We ask for as much information as you can provide to enable any investigation to be completed successfully. All information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence.

You can report fraud anonymously, but it may help our investigation if we are able to call you back to ask further questions. The last section of this form enables you to leave you contact details if you wish. Any information that you provide will be held in the strictest confidence.

Important information: Suspected Housing Benefit fraud should not be reported using this form. This is because such fraud is investigated by the Department for Work and Pensions and should be reported to them on 0800 854 440 or online at

After you have submitted your form, we will email you immediately to confirm we have received it and that we are dealing with it.

You should expect to receive a response within five working days of submitting the form.
