The Purple Badge Scheme
Please be aware as the Disabled Persons Blue Badge Scheme does not apply to Central London, due to traffic congestion and the high demand for parking space, Kensington and Chelsea runs the Purple Badge Scheme for people who live, work and study in the borough. Our Purple Badge scheme runs in conjunction with the Blue Badge scheme and applicants will need a Purple Badge for parking within the borough and a Blue badge for parking outside.
More information about our Purple Badge Scheme is available on the Disabled parking for residents page.
