Kensington and Chelsea Talking Therapies

Talking Therapies in Kensington and Chelsea are part of the Community Living Well Service. They offer free, confidential therapies delivered by psychological wellbeing practitioners to support good mental health.

You can refer yourself quickly and easily by completing the self-referral form, you can email [email protected] or call 020 3317 4200 (lines are open 8am to 8pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am to 5pm on Friday).

Alternatively, you can ask your GP or other professionals involved in your care to refer you to Community Living Well.

UK Narcotics Anonymous (UKNA) exists so that its members can support each other to stay drug free and to help others achieve and maintain a drug free recovery and lifestyle. Call their helpline on 0300 999 1212, open 10am to midnight daily and a UKNA member will answer.

Woman and Girls Network's sexual violence helpline

Woman and Girls Network's sexual violence helpline is for women and girls who have experienced sexual violence at any point in their lives. For emotional space and safe talk, call 0808 801 0770 (Monday-Friday: 10am-12.30pm and 2.30pm-4pm and late evening Wednesday: 6pm-9pm).

SurvivorsUK provides a national online helpline, individual and group counselling for boys, men and non-binary people aged 13+ who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives.
