Developers in the borough will need to put low energy targets and renewable energy at the heart of all building projects in applications, under new Council guidance.

A series of special Sunday markets will be popping up at Portobello and Golborne through the summer, from 13 June to 22 August.

Carers week runs from Monday 7 to Sunday 13 June and looks to recognise the contribution of unpaid carers.  There are a number of events on in the borough and nearby, plus a zoom event on Friday 11 June hosted by Cllr Cem Kemahli, in association with the Carers Network.
