Strategic Business Plan 2022-23
A Strategic Business Plan has been developed for 2022-23, which sets out the key strategic and cross-cutting activities planned for the Council over the next financial year. These activities will form the delivery plan for the last remaining year of the Council Plan 2019-2023. The Plan will also help to provide a framework for prioritisation and resource for the Council as a whole.
