Information about all the support we can offer you as a care leaver.
We know that it is a big step when you move out of care and start to live independently. If you are leaving care, or have already left care, we want to make sure that you feel safe and supported, and that you know who to go to for advice. This is known as the Local Offer for Care Leavers.
Future Union (Children in Care Council) and local care leavers have helped us produce this information and we will continue to listen to your views to make sure we are offering you the services you need. Your Social Worker or Personal Adviser can also advise you about the Local Offer for Care Leavers.
