Funding strands for different organisations
The table below shows the three funding strands, the amount available (per application, per year) and the organisations that can apply for each funding strand.

To secure grant funding from funding strands 2 and 3 the applicant must be able to demonstrate their organisation can:
- Meet the needs of our most vulnerable residents.
- Help the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to become fairer.
- Produce positive outcomes for residents so they are more resilient.
- Collaborate with beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders.
Important dates
Here are the important dates about the Voluntary Sector Support Fund 2024-27.
- VSSF 2024-27 Launch Date: 21 June 2023
- Application Window: 21 June to 31 July 2023
- Application Review Period: 01 August to 21 August 2023
- Decision shared with applicants
- Eligible application - We will write to you in August 2023 asking you to upload further supporting evidence.
- Unsuccessful applicants - We will write to you outlining why this is the case and what other funding and help might be available to your organisation.
- Grant funding will be released to successful organisations before 1 April 2024.
