Our Big Plan for adults with learning disabilities
Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster’s Big Plan for supporting adults with learning disabilities 2018-2020 has been co-produced by the two Councils, the two Clinical Commissioning Groups, residents with learning disabilities, their families, support providers and other stakeholders.
It seeks to ensure that adults with learning disabilities, those preparing for adulthood and their parent/family carers get the support they need to live full, safe, happy and healthy lives. It makes specific commitments for how we will improve the support available, not only to meet our duties as Councils and CCGs but also the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities and their families in Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea.
