You can also report missed collections by calling Streetline on 020 7361 3001 or emailing streetline@rbkc.gov.uk.
Reporting your missed collection in one of the ways above ensures the quickest response, as these requests go directly to our waste and recycling collection crews.
You can of course still contact the commercial waste team, and we will speak to the collection crews.
