Housing Trajectory
The Council published its Five Year Housing Land Supply and Stepped Housing Trajectory in October 2022. This can be viewed as part of the evidence which informs the Publication Policies of the Local Plan Review.

Annual monitoring report
We have produced an annual monitoring report since 2006.
The report sets out the progress of our planning policies. It also reports on a wide range of information including population and demography and notable large developments.
