Guide to parking

Where visitors can park

During controlled parking hours, all visitors must park in:

  • pay-by-phone parking bays
  • or off-street public car parks

There are no uncontrolled areas in the borough and we do not issue visitor vouchers.

Outside of controlled parking hours anyone can park for free in:

  • any resident permit bay
  • pay-by-phone parking bays
  • on single yellow lines

Please check the signs carefully because operational times for residents' bays differ across the borough.
