Responding to the findings of the investigation into Western Riverside Waste Authority

As a Council that wants to listen to and support our local residents and local businesses, we have sought to engage widely to hear what people think about TfL’s proposals for Holland Park Avenue, Notting Hill Gate and surrounding streets, before setting out our position. 

In response to the recently closed TfL consultation on their proposals for Holland Park Avenue and Notting Hill Gate, Cllr Johnny Thalassites, Lead Member for Transport and Planning, Kensington and Chelsea Council said:

Residents support proposed voluntary band H council tax contributions.

80 per cent of those who responsed agree.

The scheme will be set up over the summer.
