Register now for the upgraded MyRBKC

You can now register for a faster and easier to use MyRBKC system to access Council services.  The new system replaces the existing MyRBKC system, so that it is mobile and tablet friendly.

You will also be able to:  

  • Report issues online and get them resolved more quickly
  • Use new features to help you manage your council tax or housing benefits account
  • Stay informed with email notifications about our services
  • Use new features that will be added throughout the year

In conjunction with the MyRBKC launch is the introduction of nine, mobile-friendly forms for reporting issues. Through your upgraded MyRBKC you can follow reported issues through their journey to being resolved and provide additional evidence or updates to officers as your case is being managed.
