Parents Together:

Let’s Play is an short online course which aims to explain why play is important and how to encourage it, along with providing some general parenting advice.

• This course usually takes an hour to complete and there is a 30-day time limit to complete the course.
• This course is aimed at parent and carers with children up to 11 years old.

Coping with Teens:

This course provides general parenting advice for parents and carers of teenagers (aged 11-18).

Bringing Up Confident Children:

This course disucsses the importance of mental health and wellbing for children aged 5-18 years old. 

A New Baby in the Family: 

Postnatal/birth to 1 year old

Sibling Arguments and How to Manage Them:

This course covers children of all ages.
