Fair Shot offer 15 young adults (aged 16-24) with a learning disability and/or autism the chance to gain real-life work experience through their Supported Internship programme.
They provide training so that when graduates begin their working career, they are confident and highly skilled baristas and expert cafe assistants!
Following the programme, Fair Shot work with their employment partners to help graduates settle into their next dream job!
