Colville Primary School (Kensington and Chelsea)

Our school, situated in the heart of Portobello Road, is a stimulating, diverse and friendly place that is dedicated to the success of our children. Our staff and governors work together to ensure our pupils make outstanding progress and attain high standards.

We have strong partnerships between our parents and community. This enables us to create a special and unique educational experience as soon as your child starts with us.

Your child will find an organised community, in a safe setting, that fosters scope for intellectual, emotional, physical, social and moral development. We provide day care from the age of 6 months through to 2 and a half years old for up to six children (7.30am-5.15pm). Our nursery offers places for up to 60 children for children age 3 to four years old. Children can start during the the term in which they turn 3. The core day is 8.50am to 3.10pm. Wraparound care is organised by our staff team (7.45am to 6pm).

This setting is registered to accept the Early Education and Childcare funded hours for:

• 15 hours 9 month olds (working families)

• 15 hours 2 year olds (low-income)

• 15 hours 2 year olds (working families)

• 15 hours 3 & 4 year olds (all children)

• 30 hours 3 & 4 year olds (working families)
