We're Family Friends, here to make a difference in Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster, and Brent. Through our amazing volunteers, we offer two crucial services:

Family Befriending:

We support families facing multiple hardships, from mental health to finances, offering long-term practical and emotional help for 6-12 months.

Big Buddies:

Our volunteers befriend young people aged 10-18, providing guidance and support for 6-12 months.

We carefully match volunteers with families and empower them to thrive. Our impact? Over 95% of families report improvements, with 100% rating us 'Good' to 'Great.' We boost parenting confidence, reduce social isolation, and improve access to health and community services. Our mentors bring stability, academic support, and dreams for a better future.

Why do we exist? Because we offer flexible, long-term support that complements short-term solutions. We're here to make positive, lasting changes in people's lives.
