RBKC Community Learning Disability Team Manager (Adults) – Bill Wright

Bill manages the transition to adulthood service for young people with learning disabilities in Kensington and Chelsea. 

Westminster Learning Disability Partnership Service Manager (Adults) – Lorena Garcia

Lorena is the interim service manager for the Westminster Learning Disabilities Partnership. She oversees the operation of the whole service, including transition / preparing for adulthood. She is also involved in strategic work with key partners to ensure the service continues to meet the needs of people with learning disabilities going forward.

SEND Employment Pathways Coordinator – Rachel Edwards

Rachel works to develop the range of local employment opportunities that are accessible to young people with SEND, with the aim of increasing the number of those who enter paid employment.
