Meeting the government's standards
This report sets out how we’re working to meet the Consumer Standards set by the government’s Regulator of Social Housing. It covers the financial year 2022 to 2023, and sets out some of our plans for the future.
The standards we’re reporting on are:
- Tenant involvement and empowerment
- Home
- Neighbourhood and community
- Tenancy
There will be new consumer standards launched in April 2024, so the 2024 to 2025 report will change to cover the new standards.
