Tell us about a change of name

If you have changed your name we will need you to provide evidence of this via our email service our address is [email protected]. 

Your email should include:

• Your Council Tax account reference
• Your name before the change
• Your address
• Your new name
• Reason for the change ie. Deed poll, Marriage, Divorce or other
• Proof of your name change, please attached evidence detailing the change in your name such as a marriage certificate, decree of absolute or deed poll notification.

Once received we will amend your account within 14 working days and provide you with an amended bill.
