Rubbish and recycling collections during extreme cold weather 

If you receive a kerbside collection and you have not had your rubbish and recycling collected due to the extreme cold weather, please:

• take it back inside your property, or
• place it in your refuse storage area if you have one

Your rubbish and recycling will be picked up on your next scheduled collection date, subject to improvements in weather conditions.

Commercial waste customers are being advised to bring their waste up from basement areas, as in extreme icy weather, collection crews will not be able to access basements.
