Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on the 12 July the Government will be moving to Step 4 of the Government road map as of Monday 19 July 2021.
This means that all current restrictions in place will be lifted.
As such our venues will be operating up to their full capacity and we look forward to working with you on your events and welcoming your delegates and guests to them.
We are aware the virus is still present and we all have to take precautions to help in stopping the spread of it. The Conference and Events team will continue to ensure Covid-19 safety precautions are in place and are adhered to. We want you to feel as safe as possible whilst attending your event. Our furniture is thoroughly sanitised before and after each use and our team are meticulous when it comes to the health and safety of our clients.
Listed below are the precautions we will continue to follow for the time being to maximise both yours and our teams’ safety:
- Hand sanitizing stations at all entry and exit points
- Staff wearing PPE and face coverings unless they are medically exempt should you wish them to do so.
- Encouraging all visitors to wear a face covering at events
- Ensuring our venues are well ventilated
We will continue to closely review the government guidelines and will react accordingly to any changes which may be reintroduced in the future.
