About the service
Rainbow Migration supports lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer and intersex (LGBTQI+) people through the asylum and immigration system.
The service can support with the following enquiries:
- if you are already in the UK and are thinking of, or have already applied for asylum, Rainbow Migration can advise you on all aspects of the asylum process, confidentially and free of charge
- give guidance on how to apply for asylum, how to prepare for your interviews with the Home Office and how to gather your evidence for your application
- advise you if your application has been refused by the Home Office and you are appealing in the Immigration Tribunals or trying to make a fresh application based on new evidence. If you are worried about how your lawyer is handling your case then you can also contact Rainbow Migration to discuss this.
