Pay online
Pay your accounts receivable invoice by debit or credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro.
Other ways to pay
Internet or Telephone Banking
If you have access to online or telephone banking please quote our bank sort code 57-20-83 and account number 00000000. Please use the invoice number shown on your invoice as your reference.
We accept MasterCard and Visa debit and credit cards and Maestro debit cards.
You can pay over the phone using one of these cards by phoning the 24 hour automated payment line 0203 974 4670. You need to supply your card details and your invoice number.
Please note there is a limit of £5000 on credit card payments.
By post
Cheques should be made payable to “RB of Kensington and Chelsea” and sent to:

Please write your invoice number and name and address on the back of the cheque. Tear off the payment slip and send it with your payment.
We do not send receipts for postal payments unless you ask for one and provide a stamped, addressed envelope. If you send cash through the post, send it by registered mail.
Bank Giro credit
Please fill in the details on the slip and take it to any bank. You may have to pay for this service.
Post Office
You can pay at any Post Office by giving them your payment and the slip. Please make cheques payable to "Post Office Ltd".
Girobank
If you have a Girobank account fill in the payment slip and send it to the Giro Centre in one of the special envelopes.
In person
You can pay using our self-service payment kiosks at the Town Hall, Hornton Street, Kensington, W8 7NX. The town hall is open between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.
