Every application for a seasonal highways licence, pavement licence or tables and chairs licence is subject to public consultation to allow for local residents and businesses to make a representation.
Each licence has a specific consultation period:
- seasonal highways licence: 28 day consultation period
- pavement licence: 14 day consultation period
- tables and chairs licence: 28 day consultation period
