This afternoon, while carrying out routine work on the temporary boiler, our team discovered a fault which requires immediate attention. To ensure the safety of residents we have had to turn of the boiler from around 6pm today while the work is carried out.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience residents have had since Friday with boiler issues, and we will work to ensure the boiler is available as soon as is safely possible.
There are engineers on site who will remain there until the work is completed. Residents should have still have access to the heaters that were handed out during the work over the weekend, but if they need any further support they can contact our Out of Hours team on 0800 137 111.
