Unfortunately our Home Connections website, where residents on our Housing Register express an interest in properties, is still down. The website is managed and maintained by Home Connections, not the Council, and they have assured us they are working hard to resolve the problem. We have not been given any timescales for when it will be up and running but we will let you know as soon as we hear.
While this means that no new properties are available for residents to express an interest in, this will not affect the time period you have to bid on properties once they are placed on the website. Residents will still have seven days.
We apologise to our residents and are informing as many of them as possible.
