Opening hours for the Customer Service Centre and Contact Centre

The Customer Service Centre will be closed on Monday 27 August 2018 (Summer bank holiday Monday). Normal service will resume on Tuesday 28 August 2018.

Parking restrictions

Rubbish and recycling collections

Notting Hill Carnival takes place on Sunday 26 and Monday 27 August and this will affect regular collections for rubbish, recycling, garden waste, Too Big for the Bin and food waste collections.

Rubbish and recycling collections

There will be no rubbish and recycling collections on Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 August.

If your rubbish and recycling collection day falls on Monday we will collect your rubbish and recycling on Thursday 30 August, and if you normally have a collection on Tuesday, we will collect on Wednesday 29 August, and also on Friday 31 August.

Garden waste collections

If your garden waste is collected on Wednesday 29 August, we will collect it on Saturday 1 September.

Food waste collections

If your food waste is collected on a Monday, it will be collected on Wednesday 29 August and if your food waste is collected on a Tuesday, it will be collected on Thursday 30 August.

Too Big for the Bin

These collections will resume on Wednesday 29 August

Kensington Leisure Centre will be closed on Sunday 26 and Monday 27 August, and will open as normal on Tuesday 28 August.

Chelsea Sports Centre is open as usual over the Bank Holiday weekend.
