About Tavistock Square Gardens

Tavistock Square Gardens was refurbished in 2001. This oasis, off the Portobello Road, now meets the needs of local residents.

There was considerable local involvement in the rejuvenation of the square.

The square provides:

• areas for quiet relaxation
• interesting planting
• children’s play area
