Like all landlords we review our tenancy agreement periodically to ensure it is up to date and still fit for purpose for both parties. We have recently reviewed our tenancy agreement and we need your views on the changes.
We want all residents to feel safe and enjoy living in their homes. The changes we propose place more emphasis on resident safety and managing antisocial behaviour.

They will help us:

•    clarify the rules on sub-letting
•    strengthen our stance against antisocial behaviour
•    detail your responsibilities in keeping noise to acceptable levels.

Tell us online at https://consult.rbkc.gov.uk/housing/tenancy-agreement-proposed-changes

Alternatively you can ask us for a hard copy, another format or help to have your say. Contact us at [email protected] or call us on 0800 137 111.

A series of drop-ins have been scheduled to help anyone with questions or support to have their say on the proposed changes.

Drop-in sessions will be held on:

•    Wednesday  11 January 2023 at The Network Hub, 292a Kensal Road, W10 5BE from 4pm to 6pm.
