What are your priorities for a more sustainable Notting Dale?

Published: Friday 26 August 2022

The Council has been awarded funding from the Mayor of London to work with residents to transform Notting Dale into a model eco-neighbourhood – and now we need to hear from you!

Do you live, work, or study in Notting Dale? Come along to our Notting Dale Future Neighbourhoods 2030 launch event and tell us what your priorities and aspirations are for a greener Notting Dale and how you would like us to work with residents to deliver the programme in the months and years ahead.

The Notting Dale Future Neighbourhoods 2030 programme is an opportunity to transform Notting Dale into an exemplar sustainable eco-neighbourhood that is greener, fairer, and more climate resilient.

Alongside Notting Dale residents, we will deliver projects and initiatives that:

  • improve air quality,

  • make our homes and buildings more energy efficient homes,

  • lower carbon emissions,

  • improve access to nature,

  • create new green jobs.

There are two more opportunities for us to bid for additional funding and we need your help to develop ideas!

At the launch event you can also meet our community partners and hear more about the programme and services already being delivered.

DATE: 8 September 2022
TIME: Between 3pm and 8pm
LOCATION: Avondale Park, W11

There will be free refreshments and fun activities including a smoothie bike, treasure hunt, and tree planting!
