We're working to repair the lifts at Trellick Tower, we will post all our updates on this page:
Update – 5pm, 22 August 2023
We have repaired two of the three lifts, and they are now back up and running.
We’ve got lift attendants on site who will be helping residents use the lifts confidently, and monitoring their performance over night to make us aware of any remaining issues.
We hope to have the third lift back in action over the coming days.
We have arranged for an out of hours porter service to remain available overnight until 8am on 23 August.
The porters will be able to help you in the event of any further disruption to the lift service.
To contact the porters please call 07706 360 058.
If you need any other assistance please contact our team on 0800 137 111.
Update 6.14pm 21 August 2023
The lifts at Trellick Tower are currently not operating, this is due to flooding at the bottom of the lift shafts.
Teams from the Council are on site and ready to assist, especially residents who have mobility problems and need support.
We’re sorry for the disruption, and the difficulties this will cause for residents. We are working with contractors to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
It is unlikely the lifts will be back up and running today or tomorrow (21 and 22 August 2023) due to the nature of the repairs.
If you need to arrange somewhere else to stay, or you need support, or would like to speak to us, we are here to help.
Please contact us on 0800 137 111 or find a member of the team on site.
