We want to hear your thoughts on our proposed changes to both our repairs and damp and mould policies.
We have made minor changes to our repairs policy including clarifications on the roles and responsibilities of the Council, Tenants, and Leaseholders and how leaseholders can access our repairs service when appropriate.
Our new Damp and Mould Policy introduces our improved approach to dealing with the issue and draws upon new legislation such as Awaab’s Law and the Housing Ombudsman’s spotlight report on Damp and Mould 2021.
Both policies can be found in full here, along with the consultation form, you have until 3 July 2024.
