This iconic event held in North Kensington takes place on Sunday, August 25 and Monday 26 August.

We play a vital role in ensuring its smooth running, from managing road closures to coordinating the massive clean-up operation and keeping our residents safe and secure. Most importantly, we want to ensure that all enjoy the day as it should be!

We have put together an important list of things for residents to be aware of during the Carnival period:

  •  We will be increasing security for our residents and the properties we manage in areas which are on the carnival route
  •  Vehicle access will be restricted during the event and we advise you to park your car elsewhere
  • Please show consideration for your neighbours, as any nuisance or antisocial behaviour will be dealt with according to our usual policies and procedures
  • This includes allowing visitors to the Carnival to use the facilities in your home
  • If you live on one of the estates that are undergoing work and have scaffolding, please do not climb or walk onto the scaffolding and avoid throwing rubbish onto the platforms

Residents living in any of the following buildings or estates will be protected by fencing and security guards. We will also be issuing four passes per household to allow you to come and go with no hassle. These will be posted to you in the coming weeks.
