Community Public Health Programme

We are looking to take action to tackle inequality in the borough’s most deprived wards and enable people to live longer in good health by bringing health interventions closer to communities.

We are launching a new Community Public Health Programme (2024 to 2027). The aim is to support and build the capacity of the Voluntary, Community and Faith sector over the next three years. We will work in partnership to design and deliver specific community-based interventions to prevent ill-health for adults most impacted by health inequalities.

Phase 1 – Expression of Interest

Expressions of interest (EOI) closed at 5pm on Thursday 8 August. Thanks to all applicants for your submissions. 

Phase 2 – Selection Panel

The panel will be meeting during August to review EOI’s. The selected organisations will be notified in in the coming weeks and form part of the Community Public Health Network in Kensington and Chelsea.
