Join Mindfulness Coach, Elizabeth Hooper, for a free eight session course to help you be more relaxed, more focused and better able to cope with the stresses of everyday life.
Mindfulness means “moment by moment, non-judgmental awareness”. By recognizing your own stress triggers, you can learn to respond to stressful situations rather than reacting automatically. Give you a wide range of techniques that prevent spiraling thoughts and improve overall health and wellbeing.
Please note: this course is for the over 50s who live in Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster and Hammersmith and Fulham. You must also be available to attend all eight sessions.
