With temperatures dropping, the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) is now active to support anyone sleeping rough during freezing conditions. SWEP is used by local councils to provide emergency accommodation for homeless individuals during severe weather. It ensures that those vulnerable to the cold can access warm, safe shelter.
As many of you may be aware, there has been a significant global outage impacting various Microsoft 365 apps and services. We want to assure everyone that, so far, the Council has not experienced any substantial disruptions due to this incident.
