Join your local library
Joining the library is simple – just pop into your local Kensington and Chelsea library or you can join online. Anyone can join the library for free, all you need is proof of your permanent address in the UK.
You can join online and immediately access our wide range of eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines, eNewspapers and language courses.
You will then need to provide official proof of your name and address at any of our libraries. We will then change your temporary library membership to a permanent one and you can start borrowing items from our libraries.
