Information about Coronavirus and how to maintain and support your health and mental wellbeing.

Latest guidance

To help stop the spread of coronavirus, please follow the latest government guidance. It’s vital that we all play our part in limiting the spread of coronavirus.

How to contact your GP

If you need medical help, the NHS is still there for you:

  • If you need medical help from your GP, contact them online, through an app or over the phone
  • If you need urgent medical help, use the NHS 111 online service. If you cannot get help online, call 111
  • If it’s a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 999
  • If you are told to go to hospital, it is important that you go to hospital

It’s vital that you seek help if you think you need any kind of medical care. You should continue to attend your appointments and collect your prescriptions unless you have been told not to attend.

Kensington and Chelsea is committed to working in partnership with the borough’s care homes who have a vital role to play in protecting vulnerable people during the Covid-19 pandemic.
